For Erewhon, a premium natural foods retailer, usability testing guided the development of a new kiosk and app experience, uncovering opportunities to improve clarity, flow, and overall user engagement.

Erewhon sought an intuitive design that aligned with their high-end brand identity while providing users with a stress-free shopping experience. By conducting rigorous usability testing, we identified pain points and opportunities for improvement in both the kiosk and app platforms. These insights guided key design iterations, ensuring the user experience was both functional and engaging.

Working closely with Erewhon’s development team, we tested various flows, interactions, and interface layouts to refine their usability. For the kiosk, we focused on making in-store navigation effortless, while the app testing emphasized intuitive browsing and streamlined purchasing processes.
